6 Days – Rongai Route Kilimanjaro Trek

The Rongai Route approaches Mount Kilimanjaro from the remote northern side, offering a less-crowded experience, stunning wilderness scenery, and a gradual, steady ascent ideal for those seeking a unique and quieter trekking experience.

In just 6 days, this route takes you through lush rainforest, open moorland, alpine desert, and finally to Uhuru Peak (5,895m) — Africa’s highest point. If you’re looking for a less-traveled path with great chances of summit success, Rongai is the way to go.
